2. Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: Our catalogue shows most of our products, but not all. Just let us know what product do you need, and how many do you want. If we do not have it, we can also design and make a new mould to produce it. For your reference, making an ordinary mould will take about 35-45 days.

3. Q: Can you provide a sample? Are these samples free?
A: Yes, we provide 5-10 pcs connector free samples for test. But you have to pay for the shipping cost

A: Yes. We made a lot of customized products for our customers formerly (mainly wire harness). About customized packing, there is no problem for we put your Logo or other information on the packing.
Just have to point out that, it will cause some additional cost.
